Error: "Could Not Connect to Server"

What it means: TiviMate cannot reach the IPTV server.

Fixes:

Check your internet: Can you open YouTube or Netflix? If not, the problem is your WiFi.
Verify the Server URL: It MUST be http:// not https://. Example: http://line.streamvexa.com
Check for typos: Usernames are case-sensitive. "JohnDoe" ≠ "johndoe".
Subscription expired? Log in to your provider's panel to verify your account is active.

Error: "Parser Exception"

What it means: TiviMate cannot read the playlist format.

Fixes:

Use Xtream Codes, not M3U: When adding a playlist, always select "Xtream Codes" option. M3U is outdated.
Server URL format: Some providers require a port number (e.g., http://line.streamvexa.com:8080). Check your welcome email.
Try M3U as fallback: If Xtream fails, ask your provider for the M3U URL and paste it directly.

Error: "Code 401 - Authorization Failed"

Problem: Audio Out of Sync

Video plays, but the audio is delayed by 1-2 seconds.

Restart the channel: Exit and re-enter the channel.
Change Decoder: Go to Settings > Playback > Decoder. Switch between "Hardware" and "Software" to see which works better for that channel.

Problem: Black Screen (No Video)

You hear audio, but the screen is black.
